We offer a 48 hour returns policy – this means that if you decide you no longer want the Goods you may return them to us and receive a full refund, as long as the return is made (at your expense) within 48 hours of the purchase. You do not need any reason to do this, and we will refund the price in full to your payment method, provided that the item has not been worn or damaged, or otherwise used.
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or damaged Goods
If there are imperfections in the Goods these will be discussed/shown to you before purchase. The Goods may be in need of some repair, alterations and cleaning which is your responsibility and risk, unless we agree to undertake Extra Work to make them bespoke for you.
The Goods are preloved or worn, antique and/or vintage and their age will affect wear and tear, and their robustness/suitability for all day wear, or multi use.

You are purchasing bespoke Specific Goods, and there is no right to cancel a contract to supply Specific Goods and no refunds are available. Your consumer rights are otherwise not affected by this agreement.
Once you have instructed us to prepare the Specific Goods, signed and accepted these Terms and paid some or all of the price, you are committed to the purchase and the remaining balance becomes due for the Goods ie: you must make payment in full.
